Microsoft Surface: We travel with a Microsoft Surface everywhere we go. I edit my videos on it & use it to backup my pictures and vides while we travel. It’s light and the best travel laptop on the market in my opinion.

Lights: Mount Dog 18’ Ring Light Kit. It will light up your filming space so your videos will look clearer and film better. We started using it and it makes all the difference.

Sony Alpha Camera: We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you film on location.

Manfrotto Tripod: We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

if i had a dollar for every time he said "think about it" i'd have enough to buy a handful of homeless people something to eat on the Venice beach boardwalk. and if you think about it, that's a lot of money. I do appreciate the energy, enthusiasm, and strength this professor put into his speech. I don't have to think about whether or not he genuinely loves being a professor - its quite obvious from the jump. more teachers like this are needed in today's world. a genuine, sincere love for education and teaching! A professor who appears approachable is, by far, the best type of professor!

“Man, their staff is really not nice.” Not sure that’s a fail in managing integrated marketing but more bad hiring and training. 😆 But I hear ya. In a previous life one of our competitors promoted that they were the “caring company” and that they offered the best customer service in the industry because they are an ESOP. They’re small so they will treat you like gold! It was their lead marketing strategy. Like every page on their website and on every promotional piece and mentioned in every presentation. Well I had many clients note this and specifically say they were a good option but didn’t feel any more love from them than everyone else in our space. And in fact because we were the behemoth and had the most CS reps, sales reps and supervisors, we could always respond faster and seemed to “care” about them. 😀
So, you’re spot on. *If your level of communication doesn’t match your lofty marketing message, savvy people will notice.*
