It's funny how always Audi-haters come here to whine how "ugly", "boring" or whatever these cars are. The fact is that these guys drive a -99 Toyota Corolla and are pissed every time Audi swooshes by.

I wonder really what class this competes in considering the Q3 is a subcompact crossover. Furthermore it makes me wonder more of Audi's nomenclature and what a mess it's becoming. While Q means crossover/suv, they're usually odd numbered [Q3, Q5, Q7] and odd numbers typically mean coupe as well [A5, A7] yet the A3 is a sedan and a hatch as well. This is all getting confusing. At least there's consistency with other luxury automakers.

The Countryman-class of SUV's is the smallest you can go with an SUV, without sacrificing any interior space. It's great for 5 and has solid boot space. The packaging is perfect.

Not sure about the Q2 execution though. The design is busy without being distinctive. The tech on the other hand is very impressive for such small car.

Not so sure about the superminis, those tend to be too small either in the back seats or the boot.

The Golf-class on the other hand is +20 cm larger, not so great in the city.

Polo! was also my first impression of the rear end. Nice catch and great review as always. I watch your videos even if I'm not into that type of car because you make it fun. P.S.: I love the fact you are using new locations.

It's a very pointless car just get an A3, in fact all theses small crossovers are.
