Puget Systems Computer Parts Tests For Premiere Pro:

Personal Recommendations:
We wanted to recommend a few different parts based on different budgets. Please keep in mind that these are suggestions. These are parts we would consider for ourselves if putting together a computer but this DOES NOT take into account compatibility with specific computers or other parts you may be considering. Please use this as a guide but don't neglect to do your own research about what your system needs are in particular. With that being said, here are some of our suggestions.

CPU
Low Budget:
Intel Coffee Lake i7 8700K
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

Medium Budget:
Intel Coffee Lake i7 9700K
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920X

High Budget:
Intel Coffee Lake i9 9900K
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2920X

If you are able to spend more than those found within the High Budget then we would suggest consulting the Puget Systems CPU performance chart linked above and consult the options that perform better than either the i9 9900K or the Threadripper 2920X.

GPU
Low Budget: NVIDIA GTX 1060
Medium Budget: NVIDIA GTX 1070
High Budget: NVIDIA GTX 1080
