I had applied through a Bangalore agent about 10 days back with confirmed flight tickets, hosts emirates Id and lease agreement. Visa came in 2-3 days without hassle. But yes the agents were clear that lease agreement or confirmed hotel booking is needed.

Bro everything you say is okay but why to restrict only Indians like this? August 19 2024 I visited Dubai my 8th time. Like previous 7times I never faced any issues. Suddenly they asked how much I’m carrying they asked me to show me. Immigration is not an issue but the airline ground staff at the check in counters they’re asking all this I felt little awkward as a business class flier even for a economy class people it’s still awkward like we Indians did a world ending crime. Why can’t they apply this rules to USA Europe!! They get visa on arrival not India even Russia getting visa on arrival why not India. Most of the uae in running on Indians and build by Indians. Maybe because of some Kerala Malayali people all this rules came into existence 😌😵‍💫

I am travelling from bangalore to Abu dhabi for concert, then going to Dubai and back to bangalore, but when I applied for VISA on MMT, they only have option to upload single document for hotels (i have booked one hotel in Abu dhabi and one in Dubai) and no option to upload travel insurance(took tata aig travel insurance). I called MMT customer care but they have not picked for past 2 hours still in a waiting queue while writing this comment, I cannot find their customer care mail also. What would you suggest we should do?

Hi @softwaretraveller, got my Dubai visa yesterday with confirmed return ticket and confirmed hotel booking with free cancellation. However the booking is cancelled today by hotel. Do I need to show successful/confirmed booking only during my travel immigration to Dubai? Or is it okay to keep this as cancelled since I am staying with my friends there. Please reply early as I want to make some kind of decision. Thank you
