Eating Whatever I Catch while fishing from a new Saltwater Pier ONLY! We head out to go saltwater fishing at a brand new pier in North Florida with a mission - eat whatever I catch. What kind of fish would be around a pier like this?? We attempt to catch clean and cook whatever we hook into.. I did not expect for this to happen..

Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 534,000 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

The reason for oil and butter mix is because butter burns and browns quickly, by adding oil to it will reduce burnt butter taste. one advice use a high heat oil like Avocado, peanut, sunflower Oil. Olive oil will burn as well.

Always a good vibe bro! Update! I caught my 1st large mouth bass yesterday! & i caught 2 black crappies! Today i went back and caught my PR crappie and did my very first catch & cook! I tried to fillet it and messed up 💁🏽‍♂️ so i pan fried with the skin on! Just threw some cajun & lemon pepper on it with some butter lol. I enjoyed it over white rice!

@firststatefishing Idk if it works on saltwater cat, but try gutting the fish then pull the skin off with vice grips, oil and use lemon, salt, and black pepper wrap in foil and grill simple and good for small catfish

I know that pier well lol, use size 1 circle hooks with cut shrimp on a 1oz Carolina rig around the benches. You’ll thank me

Dude this is my area! So cool, I love the Jax pier. While you’re here you should go to ricks bait and tackle. It’s one of the best in Jacksonville and they can give you the scoop on what’s biting.

Michael... the pliers on the top of the railing is freaking me out man! Secure those pliers so you don't knock them in the water in the future. Pretty please with LIKES on top.

Classically trained at Culinary University. The oil help keep the butter from burning. Yet a brown butter is nutty and nice for fish. the stage before burnt.

I need to make a trip to the new pier. Have not been yet. Used to fish the original wood pier often before it was destroyed by Floyd. Never fished the second one but walked it any chance I could. It was taken out by Matthew and finished off by Irma. Glad to see it back in action. Love the videos, keep it up.
