Vijaynagar and chola hindu kings respected everyone and treated women's as minister had position to sit and discuss on different matters....infact Krishnadevaraya had asta diggajas and also had darbars for womens too

Well it's true I am a history graduation student and currently studying Mughal period and during Akbar regime he created ibadat khana in which he used to have religious debates and the he created a religion Din-e-illahi in which he was the god but it didn't became a popular religion

It is still considered a code of respect to exit a dargah ( mausoleum) by walking backwards and never turning your back on the Turbat ( the dummy Kabr or grave made on top of the actual underground one) . ❤️

Seems like in Maratha King’s court, people can refer to the king as “Kya bey Laudu, kaisa hai?” 😂 very public friendly.
Probably they even had democratic elections to elect the king 😂
