2021 Kawasaki Z H2 Ergonomics & Rider Fit

Показать описание
A look at the ergonomics and seat height of the Kawasaki Z H2 from a 180 cm, 75 kg rider. An 830 mm seat height is fairly normal for a sportsbike and should offer a relatively easy reach to the ground for those with a 32 inch inseam.

Being a nakedbike the ergonomics or seat position and bar placement leave you sitting upright, with wide bars and a commanding position on the bike. The seat to peg ratio is sporty enough to ensure an easy grip of the bike between the knees, and easy transfer of weight into the pegs.

Adjustable suspension and levers help appeal to a wider variety of riders, while the bike feels significantly lighter than the spec sheet suggests.

To demo ride this particular bike head to MotoHub Motorcycles in Castle Hill in Sydney, you're really missing out if you don't give it a try. A big thanks to them for letting me quick test the bike! Their details are below:

Nice one as always Kris. Thank you. I’m 189 cms and 90 kgs without gear and I sat on one after your initial review and found it to be a perfect fit. I’m still trying to convince my CFO on buying one as we’ve just got back from Palm Cove (30 minutes north of Cairns) and now I also want a supercharged JetSki! Which is actually quicker to 100 kilometres than even a MotoGP bike at just under 2 seconds! At this stage it’s one or the other however I’m sure I’ll be able to convince her buy selling a couple of other toys... 👍😎🇦🇺

I own one of these and a WR250R for other adventures.

I'm the same height and twice the weight, Bike dialed in professionally she fit's like a glove. Even though comfy, I would have liked some slightly more rear and higher set pegs for that extra confidence around the corners. Especially with the bikes weight and size.

Insurance fix you up yet with your WR? Being new to ADV would love to see some more content.

Hey Kris.. Luv the bike and Great Review. I am curious about the ZH2 SE - there's been no hint of it coming to Aus. Do you have any insight on Kwaka Aus's marketing strategy? I just find it surprising that the Kwaka NZ website are showing the ZH2 SE expected there in Mid year. I would've thought the Aussie market would have had enough potential to justify the import. It just doesn't make sense to me that NZ are getting the SE and we're not... mmmm?? (no disrespect meant to NZ Kwaka enthusiasts, good luck to them and those fortunate enough to own an SE).

Hey Kris, I’m 163cm at 70kg with I think just about 29 inch inseam. I’m currently on a bike that’s on a 810mm seat height, can get one foot down if I sit off the seat slightly, but can’t get both feet down. Would the ZH2 be too big for me? It’s my dream bike and I’d love to think that I could probably get used to it, but would it be safe to even try?

With a 30 inch inseam and being 62 kg, will the ZH2 be too much for me? Thanks for the review!
