I tested the same car a few days ago in Cairo Egypt. I heard a high frequency noise coming from the motor I supose. The spead of the car was 20k/h. The seller told me that this noise will go away as the speed goes up. I didn't drive it faster. It was just a quick 2 minute drive.
Please tell me if you had the same experince when you tested the car. I have a feeling that the example I drove is faulty.
