I've work with both and I honestly prefere page navigation over bookmarks. When you have multiple elements on each page (and not just a simple graph) it's easier to maitain.

What if we are coming to this page using drillthrough to see particular record’s information? In this case the bookmarks will not show that particular information. What is the best approach in this scenario?

Page navigation has far less faff. Add Page Navigation, select the tabs you want, create a copy, edit visual, done.
