good reminders to have a plan for the beginning, middle, and end of the story and improvising the sections in between. Also so true it's easy to forget wide, medium, and tight shots of each story telling piece but makes editing so much better. great stuff! subscribed!

Really amazing info as usual Roo! One question, where do you usually have the climbers storing the main unit of the lavalier mic? I want to upgrade our audio but I’m kinda torn between a system like the one you’re using or something like the dji mic just because it’s easier to place, and not worrying about falling in a wrong way and smash the main unit. I imagine that for rope climbing this is easier to do, but for bouldering I’m not sure if it’s the most comfortable way for the athlete
