Hello, I use a Toshiba satellite laptop from 2015 w/ Windows 10, I seek the easiest / shortest path possible to long bouts of passionate streams of thought,  

with the ability to listen back at up to 3-4x speed and have a perfect(ish) transcript to read as I listen to my own voice. 

Does anyone know how best to experience this? Thank you

Can I use this on my computer instead of my phone?

Unfortunately, this app does not work with Spanish properly. With English, it works decently.
