How to disable track auto-select on Solo with Options.txt in #abletonlive12 #abletontips #ableton

In #ableton 12 when you Solo a track it is auto-selected. It could be annoying, especially when you work with a Reference track for example, and you do not need to switch to this track every time when you solo it.
(Windows: \AppData\Roaming\Ableton\*Live x.x.x*\Preferences\) and write the string “-NoHighLightOnSolo (case-sensitive)”. Save this file and launch Ableton again.
Enjoy! Now you can solo tracks without selecting them.
