After some time I figured out how bpobie pen launch works.
Basically there is a device with 5 metal balls swing one on one end and the one on the end swings back and forth carrying the same momentum. In that instant the pen was the opposing ball which hit the right boob causing the left boob to be hit with a megaton of power plus the pens own ability to jump up.

The Anti tank rifle
The gun looks similar has the but stock and grip similar to the Chauchat, it also has similarities to the M1918 tankgweher. It has a straight pull bolt action system. It needs to be sealed with a hand crank similar to the M1842 army Kammerlader, It fires a ammunition about the size of a coca cola bottle (20MM I presume). Interesting enough, the breach system that needs to be raised by the hand crank contains the firing mechanism. The bipod has skis in the case it would be used in the snow. The bipod is based off a Finnish AT rifle Bipod The bullet needs to be a APFSDS in order for the tank to explode in a instant and must hit the ammunition due to the extreme rifling and speed required to pierce the armour. The problem is that the ammo does not explode instantly (unless if there is reasons). The AT gun has a muzzle break.The Anti tank gun does not have a recoil mechanism and a counter recoil mechanism, meaning the gunner would had their shoulder blown off or their shoulder break. In WWII, there were anti tank howizters/guns. In modern day, there is anti tank missiles.

The clicker pen, if the tip of the pen is sticking out and if you click the pen to retract the tip but let go of the pen instead of the click, it would launch. In this case, it would be impossible for a pen to destroy a tank, and it has a clip meaning weight balance would not be equally balanced. The pen is made of plastic. The word pen, in tank related games, is a short word for penetration. AP rounds are shells with 2 or more layers. The first layer is suppose to protect the second layer, which contains the explosives, so the second layer can pass through and detonate.
