I hate how if you’re not getting matches you swipe more but if you swipe more then Tinder penalises you by giving you less matches. What a vicious cycle.

TLDR: In Germany it should possible to get the information how tinder process your data. I will try to get this information and than inform you about

I live in Germany. And i never thought about it, but by the European law the companys have to explain to you how they process your data. And that with the correct formula. The only exception is if its a company secret. But also than they have to explay it to a politician who checks thats this kind of processing is not a iligal usage of your data. And by the german law its not allowed to discriminate people who not performing as well as others. And that theoreticaly even apply to tinder. But to investigate that type of "crime" we dont have to go to court... We have a "Aufsichtsbehörde" ist a supervisory authority they have to explain why they dont give us this information and they can make tinder alot of problems. So i will write tinder a message that i what know how they process my data and if they dont give them to me i will try to get them from the "Aufsichtsbehörde" If i get them i inform you

Couple of questions if you could answer please.

Can you do this (request your data) even if you canceled your account?

Also, if you request this data if your account is canceled, will the 3 month period in which Tinder stores your data start over?

And lastly, if you did reset your account several times, will the statics include information from all "accounts" you had?

Been on tinder 4.5 weeks & barely had a conversation let alone date! Now got Tinder gold for 1 month, if this fails I'm permanently done with online I have tried Tinder, Bumble, POF & Match & after sending over 80 messages I got nothing except 3 replies that went nowhere. I'm not 100% sure, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the reason why you don't get information about your ranking is because they're only legally required to send you information about data that they've collected about you and not data they've generated.

I attempted to request my tinder data and selected to use email to identify account. So I select the Gmail account associated with my tinder profile (the same email it says under settings in tinder app) but it says "oops" there's no account associated with that information.
How is this the case? Tinder is still actively sending me emails to that Gmail every day..
