Doc, how about you give us some shoe hacks?

Boot polish or even nail varnish works for covering most shoe scratches.

A actual fix is to use boot polish and buff it put as much as you can then fill in with black ink then polish in with thick black polish building it flush..

Does not last forever but do it well enough it will last a week and make a shoe look completely undamaged

When you see young women/teenage girls, in just a one peice dress, and heels, at night, in freezing winter conditions, running (again, in heels) from one car/bar/club, in town to another, what are the medical risks that they are taking to their health?
Is their a chance of frostbite I'd they are only running (again, in heels, in icy, salted footpaths aka sidewalks) a few city blocks?
Seriously, I got sick (three weeks to get over it fully), a few months ago from walking in the rain, in winter clothing, in weather above freezing. (I was gone for a walk, and their was a sudden downpour).
