Resepi roti berintikan tuna lagi kali ni iaitu roti tuna dengan mayonis, sesuai bagi yang kurang minat makan roti manis. Roti tuna mayonis yang telah sejuk perlu disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara atau plastik dan jika nak panaskan roti, tutup bahagian atas loyang pembakar/loyang pengukus dengan aluminium foil kemudian baru panaskan menggunakan pengukus, ketuhar atau microwave sehingga roti hangat bila disentuh. Resepi ini menghasilkan 10 keping roti tuna mayonis.

ROTI:
1 biji telur gred A (ambil 1 sudu besar untuk glis)
Anggaran 3/4 cawan & 1 sudu besar susu segar/susu penuh krim/air (suam) | 192 ml
2 & 1/2 cawan tepung roti | 315 gram
2 sudu besar gula pasir | 25 gram
1/2 sudu teh garam | 3 gram
1 & 1/2 sudu teh yis kering segera | 4.5 gram
3 sudu besar mentega/marjerin | 42 gram

INTI TUNA:
160 gram tuna dalam air/minyak
1/4 cawan kernel jagung
Mayonis secukupnya

GLIS:
1 sudu besar telur
1 sudu besar susu segar/susu penuh krim

SUHU MEMBAKAR: 200℃ | 392℉ SELAMA 20 MINIT, ATAU SEHINGGA BAHAGIAN ATAS ROTI BERWARNA COKLAT MUDA. GUNAKAN API ATAS BAWAH DAN BAKAR PADA RAK TENGAH. WAKTU MEMBAKAR BERGANTUNG KEPADA JENIS KETUHAR.

*Kalau tak nak pakai telur/ pakai telur yang lebih kecil, tambah lagi sedikit sukatan susu/air suam sehingga doh tidak berderai.

This is another amazing tuna-based buns recipe, perfect for those who prefer to enjoy savory buns! As usual, to preserve it's softness, the cooled buns need to be stored in an-air tight container or in a ziploc bag. To reheat, cover the baking pan/steamer pan with aluminum foil and steam, bake or reheat in microwave until the buns are warm to touch. You'll get 10 pieces of buns for this recipe.

BUNS:
1 large egg (reserve 1 tbsp for egg wash)
Approximately 3/4 cup & 1 tbsp lukewarm milk/water | 192 ml
2 & 1/2 cups of bread flour | 315 grams
2 tbsp of granulated sugar | 25 grams
1/2 tsp of salt | 3 grams
1 & 1/2 tsp of instant dry yeast | 4.5 grams
3 tbsp of butter/margarine | 42 grams

FILLING:
160 grams of tuna flakes in water/oil
1/4 cup of corn kernels
Mayonnaise as needed

EGG WASH:
1 tbsp of beaten egg
1 tbsp of milk

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 200℃ | 392℉ FOR 20 MINUTES, UNTIL THE TOP OF THE BUNS TURN LIGHT BROWN IN COLOR. USE TOP & BOTTOM HEAT AND BAKE AT THE CENTER RACK.

*If you don't want to use egg to make the buns, or if you're using smaller size egg, kindly adjust the milk/water amount until the dough is moist enough and not dry.
