You should definitely not pour hot oil into your brownie batter. You definitely are stomped You should let it cool And you cook that way too high a tap you simmer a cold or temp for like an hour

Ffs man, its a non stuck pot! Use a wooden spoon or something. You should also probably with time the oil has cooled before you pour it onto raw eggs
