CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Poilievre calls on Trudeau to give carbon tax break to all Canadians

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has tabled a motion in the House of Commons that calls for all Canadians to get a break on the carbon tax for their home heating. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is offering a three-year break, but only for people heating with oil, which is mostly in Atlantic Canada. On Monday, Liberal MPs have to vote to expand the tax break, or explain why some voters matter more than others.

Call an Election NOW and lets let Canadians choose if they want a Carbon Tax that will grow to a rate that is 4 times higher than it is now and end up freezing and starving to death, if they can even afford to keep their home, or if they want to Axe The Tax and get Canada back on the right track. I think the Liberals will find that the choice is going to be pretty simple for the vast majority of Canadians. Axe The Tax !!!

I’m confused? How exactly does the carbon tax reduce pollution? We all have to heat our homes, drive our autos to work, drive to, buy our groceries while farmers have to use their farm equipment followed by truckers, who deliver, the farm produce to stores for us to buy! Will somebody explain or is this a ruse for the gov’t to gain more revenue for what exactly. The tax will never negate the need for fossil fuels, nor the fact that we send shiploads of coal, oil, natural gas to countries who send it back to us on the trade winds. It’s a fact that this world, with a population exceeding 8 billion is stuck for decades that come with the facts. God Bless!
