Bro please don't delete your channel if you don't reach 1 million. Even if its just a "small" audience you still inspire a shit ton of people.

Some of us find this hard to believe, but the one thing we can all agree on is that we DO look better than we did before we started. Before we made this commitment to put in the work and hit the gym. You may not have your ideal physique, but I bet you it looks eons better than what you had, say two years ago. And that counts for nearly everything in the world of fitness. And honestly, some of the best photos of myself I have seen since starting this are the candid ones taken at family gatherings and whatnot. Those types of photos where you are not posing for the mirror, camera, etc. always seem to highlight my gains the greatest.

I’m 6’5 205lbs and I’ve been training for a little over 4 years. I have a very broad build with a lot of muscle and people call me jacked all the time, but it’s always hard to see it myself. I have 15.5 inch arms unpumped and I know that most influencers have the same size arms as me, plus I’m taller and wider so I’d look massive IRL next to them. But at the end of the day, I’ll always still have a little piece of me that tells me I look like shit

Perspective. It's all about perspective.
Thanks for reminding us to notice what matters, Ski!

I felt this heavy. I’m in a wheelchair so body dysmorphia is huge not being able to really manipulate or build from my chest down. I’m in the gym a few hours everyday non stop the last 2 years and on and off since 2004. I went to a Halloween party a few weeks back and this one girl was like “I follow your Facebook, your always working out can we see your muscles?” At first I got super embarrassed, then I felt really happy that someone notices, not that I care but it was nice. I’m always wearing baggy clothes and hoodies so I just look fat and my Nick names fatboy lol (fking awesome thanks Being the guy in the wheelchair, the only attention I get is negative attention like bro that’s so inspirational you got out of bed today bro. So having pretty much every girl In the room and even their bfs feeling my muscles and gassing me up was hella motivating. Like that lifted me up heavy because 3 yrs ago I almost died from my intestines exploding and my body swelled up like a balloon over 300lbs from shit poisoning my body. I’m now at like 210 and the strongest Ive ever been. I also haven’t had a mirror I’m tal enough to see in my new house the last 3 yrs. I just got one the other day and when I rolled in front of it I was like holy shit bro got HUGE and had no idea. I love this shit man. I live for this shit. Not to look good but to just be strong af to be able to take on whatever life throws at me.

Thanks for reminding us we look good bro. So do you keep killin it Skii👊🏻💪🏽

It’s not always online. When u have worked out, usually it’s people you know sometimes start criticising your physique, eg, u need to get your shoulders bigger, u need some more definition in your arms, you need to get your legs bigger, work on that chest more etc. It can even be your bit too big or muscly now, The irony is it’s usually people who are not in shape/ don’t work out themselves criticising.

I needed this video. I've lost 40 pounds this year but I've had an injury keep me out of the gym for about 8 weeks and gained 15 pounds during the healing process. Body dysmorphia has been hitting lately but even with this weight gain I still went from 28% body fat at the start of the year to my current 20% even though I got as low as 17-18%. Success isn't always a straight line.

I really appreciate your videos, 8 months ago i had a break up with my 1st gf of 3 years and i was obese and depressed. I was around 240 lbs and i wanted to change the way i looked to help myself feel better ( look good feel good). I saw your video about counting calories and the rest is history. I have subscribed to you ever since and i am now 180 lbs. I owe you a lot for helping me get started on my fitness journey. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. You make a big difference to the people who watch your vids even if you never meet or see these people irl. Keep up the good work and i really hope you reach 1 million subscribers (pls dont delete the channel if you dont reach that goal i will be very sad if u do).

so true bro, i been working out off and on for 4 years now. I had the least amount of confidence when i was big and ripped, I'm 20lbs from where I want to be but i have so much more confidence in the world. The gym is not your world and the world shouldn’t be the gym. its just a balance

I needed to hear this. I've been on a fitness journey for the past 5 months and lost 30 pounds (196-166) and even though i know I look better and people tell me I look good that damn dysmorphia from comparing myself to bigger guys gets me. Just gotta shut off the social media and be around normal people like you said man

This past weekend i measured my arms and without a pump they’re 16.7 inch’s after 2 days of no gym. I couldn’t believe that my arms were bigger than so many people in hella videos even though i felt so much smaller than them

20inch arms and repping 405 bench is the goal

This is the question I've been asking myself too, some people at work are complimenting how big I was, while I keep looking at myself at the mirror and I still feel really small, thank you for this insight bro..
