I saw your tutorial.

I got to know these awesome things I was not aware about before this video as mentioned below:-

1. Clipping tool: To create shadows.

2. Alpha lock: Makes sure the colors you use to put in your artwork stays within your artwork and does not spill out.

3. Making blank layer below the line art layer, selecting the blank layer but putting colors as if you are colouring the line art layer helps keep the 2 separate and changes can be done in line art without much problem.
