This will be a descriptive video series detailing how you can strip and rework your own LS harness! I go through each step showing how I do it

This harness will be used for a gen 3 (99-02) LS engine, with a 4L60E and will be using the stock truck under hood fuse block.

This is part three.

I’ve had some people ask for my address to send along something, so I thought I’d leave my address here incase you’d like to! I appreciate you guys.

What exactly does the purple wire you installed on c1 c10 do? Wouldn't the c1 a9 wire do the same thing? Idk, I'm lost.

This is my 1st swap and your video has helped a lot so far. Thanks for the easy to follow instructions!

are you saving all wires related with the transmission 4l60e?

I guess the question I have is, after going thru the harness, can you start an engine on a stand without the ecu?

I think I've watched this 3 or 4 times and the more I watch the more confused I get. I think I'll get an engine and harness and look at it on my workbench and see if I can make any sense of it. Do you do vats removal? What else should I delete? I'm just going for basically stock engine, auto trans, possibly a/c, no turbos for my first swap.

ok im running a th350 stock tranny and as far as i remember there only one 4 pin plug on it with 1 wire coming out to stock 84 cutlass wiring.
so simplest way to get my car running would be 4 wires;
1. hook the car starter crank wire to C1-C10 on Ls fuseblock
2. C3-F1 to power up fuel pump.
3. C1-A9 hooks to 12v key on power?
4. my cars interior wiring is intact and should feed igntiion switch power as long as car fuseblock is hooked to constant power?

On c2, f2-b9. Is this only brought over for an auto? Good info. I've watched this several times. Thanks!

You do realize there is more than 1 harness and this won't work on 03 and up harnesses
