Tanim is and has been the same consistently for more than a decade. A man devoted to Allah, helping others, and staying firm on the Haqq. The success is no surprise to me, not because of the business (which is great itself) but because of how Tanim has consistently helped people for years and stood firm on the Haqq. May Allah continue to bless him and shower him in Barakah!

“The problem with families…” the net effect of this R2R model is that these properties are still sourced from landlords with buy to let mortgages. And this is still having a net negative effect. You should have pushed him more in this interview.

Some food for thought 💭

How we've got to the stage where people can own multiple homes (off the back of years of self-serving social stances via political decisions) whilst the majority of people can no longer afford any type of home as a result is frankly shameful.
Affordability stats. for the avoidance of doubt:
In 1993 the average house price was £56, 000 and the average salary was £17, 784. Therefore, it would take 3.1 times the average salary to buy the average house.*
In 2023 (figures from 2022) the average house price rose to £280, 000 and the average salary had only risen to £33, 000. Therefore, it would take 8.5 times the average salary to buy the average house.*

Take from me, but I went to one of this guys seminars and stayed for like 5 hours to then be sent a leaflet of him saying it cost 15k for a mentorship. So be careful

What our brothers said here is upon haq. I’d just like to add something that I struggled with in the past in terms of giving in the path of Allah swt. When I gave sadaqa and did my duties as a Muslim, it became kind of TRANSACTIONAL, where I would do something and EXPECT Allah swt to reciprocate my efforts. When Allah swt withheld something, it was only for my benefit, but I couldn’t see it at the time, now I do alhamdulillah. The takeaway here, is merely a reminder to not make your sadaqa and good deeds transactional, offer them purely because we’re Muslim and that’s what we do. I make dua that all of us achieve our goals, Ameen.

Faisal you’re a sick guy, but you need to vet people that come on your pod. Unfortunately this brother has probably lost money for more Muslims than he has made for them

The problem with joining a course like this or any other online course where they promise you financial freedom is that the results will never be guaranteed. Also they will never give you the success rate of the current students - its only after you pay and get in do you realise the reality of does this course actually work or not. If you approach anyone who tries selling you a course such as a rent to rent property course ask them this one question, let me speak to the current mentees/students to see if those who have already paid to get in are happy that they paid to get into this course.

Do landlords you manage the properties, are they not taking out interest based mortgage to buy properties. So, if they get good returns from you managing and supplying tenants surely they will go buy more properties using interest based mortgages?

Although you’ll learn a lot from his program, success rate is low in his offering. Way too much delusion when it could have been avoided with numerous errors.

There’s a growing community that would say the same but too polite to admit it.
