Rules of the test👇

-No bouncing
-No half reps (all the way up, all the way down)
-No using wall/shelf to pull self up

Go until you’ve reached fatigue, can no longer attain the required cadence (up for 1, down for 1), or can no longer attain the full range of motion.
Calf strength is HUGE for runners - let’s make sure these babies are strong!
