Always honest and manning up? Is that why they always throw out managers and players for arguing a wrong call?

For example, on a bad strike-three call after a game, an umpire would honestly say,

"I think I expanded the strike zone too much, called strike-three and realized too late that the ball was more "outside" than inside the zone. The batter did not like it saying that the ball was outside right at me, and threw the bat almost at me, and I threw him out of the game fast. Next time, I will narrow the strike zone a bit more so this doesn't happen to me."
