Why automatically two steps add on my account

i turned it off it and it still doesnt let me enter my google account without step 2 verification

my admin console is not allowing me to login into account as in my last login i disabled 2FA, now what is the solutions, can any one help out of it

I didn't know you could even turn it off, as i would never of enabled just an annoying option.

this must be the worst tutorial ever, I can search info and all I can find ion the web is that people CAN NOT ACTIVATE 2FA as they ger required to do it on the user first but the option is NOT AVAILABLE ON USER LEVER

This is pure insanity. This did not work for me or others. And there is no way for me to get help from google! Beyond pissed as I can't modify my google ads accounts until I get two step. Boooo Google!
