Damn, I've been without t'internet for a couple of weeks & you've been banging out the videos. Trying to catch up now. Given the current state of Hollywood at the mo I really hope it doesn't get remade anytime soon. Cos both Battlestar's were very brilliant. The original is a high budget, glossy, well made show with a great cast. Oh & the stories. We're some of them Old Testament stories? The seventh missing tribe, I mean, in particular. Yeah, the mythology. The mysticism. All of it so good, until bloody Galactica 1980 😅. Then it was rebooted really well. When I first heard about the reboot, I was all ready to hate it. But, damn, what a great reboot. It was updated so very very well. Although I thought it maybe went a little over the top with 'strong female' characters but I grew to like the new Starbuck. Thing is, us Gals were really well represented in the OG - Cassiopia & Apollo's gf (Jane Seymour, can't remember her characters name) all became Viper pilots & kicked arse back in '76. The reboot was great until that last mini series, which spoilt it a tad & that was a shame. But, it isn't often we get an amazing OG series then a fantastic reboot too. They say lightning doesn't strike twice but, luckily for us fans, on this occasion it did.
