Put a clear acrylic wall between you and the item, and then I'll believe. Until then I'll only believe that it's the air current you're producing with your hand is what is moving the items.

I actually have a friend who experimented with telekinesis and had some success. Last night, I dreamed about telekinesis and tried really hard to prove it was real, not just a dream. It turned into a lucid dream where I felt a surge of energy, and I decided to check for new videos on the subject. The key to real practice is being skeptical of every result and testing it in every possible way. This will help you avoid self-delusion and encourage you to seek the truth. Our consciousness is incredibly powerful and can control matter if properly focused. However, the movement in this video is just air, not telekinesis. Once during my practice, I had an exciting moment where I thought I had finally achieved it. I tested it to be sure, and it turned out to be just air as well. Telekinesis is real, but we're not yet ready for that kind of power. Our minds are clouded with negativity, which separates us from these abilities. But that's part of the journey towards enlightenment and transcendence. Nice video, tho. If you keep practicing, that will lead you to optimise your focus and give more attention inwards. What have you come up with for distance?
Like if we are technically everywhere and all thing, utilizing this energy field that exists in all spaces, should we be able to move the object from across the room the same as close up even for beginner?

I hope you reply, so I’ve been wanting to do telekinesis and I showed my mom. She thinks it’s the wind knocking down the pencil/pen or foil. And I’m get discouraged a lot. Thinking that it might be just wind. So idk if it is wind or not. 💗💗💗

Hii so i just started tonight, what i tried is i put a small tissue paper into my palm, i really don't know what to do with it but i focus and starw at the small tissue paper, i started gesturing my finger at it then a while i feel a some sort of energy at both my palm and finger the tissue paper didn't move but im sure i feel energy touching my palm, do you know what is it? Do you feel it too?
