So here's the summary:- You cannot develop iOS apps on Windows.
Renting a Mac:- This requires almost around a buck per hour, and for those devs who long-end develop iOS apps for even 30 days will have to pay about $720, which is the cost of the cheapest Mac. Also, failing to pay rent means losing your Xcode progress. Requires fast internet otherwise it will run very, very slow.
Virtuallising MacOS :- A virtual MacOS will eat up much of your ram by hot-cooking it, so the environment will be very very slow. Also, virtualising MacOS is against Apple's policies, so you will have to lose your Apple ID and your Xcode development process. Updating also becomes a problem.
Hackintosh:- A hackintosh is very, very hard to build, and often fully built hackintosh PCs have a 50-50 chance of succesfully running a MacOS. The hardware setup for the most effective Hackintosh will cost about $1680, which is a little more than the cost of the cheapest Mac.

Well all the methods you described in the video still requires a running mac somewhere, so there isn't any way to run Xcode on windows, so you should change the title of the video which is quite misleading.

I installed macOS Catalina in Vmware (i had problems with the installation in VirtualBox), I have an i7 8700, 32GB ram RX 580 config, so not that bad, thus I could give 8threads and 16GB of ram to the VM. Now I tested, and it looks like it is building apps at least twice as fast as my MBP! (2016 15). I am curious, maybe I can improve this somehow, to get even better performance. Maybe this will be my main development machine instead of the MBP.

Thanks for the informative video, this is incredibly hard to do for free because apple tries as hard as they can to stop you from getting xcode on windows.
I tried to run macos on VirtualBox but when I tried installing xcode it said I had too little storage even though I had enough, so I have basically given up

Or if you are a novice on a budget, buy a used Macbook Pro 2012, add an SSD drive and 16GB yourself. It runs Catalina and will give you a good learning environment.

Are there any pitfalls to using a VM like Virtual Box? I'm trying to understand why someone would pay money to rent access to a MAC from Virtual Stadium when they can simply run a VM on their machine with Virtual Box for free.
