I feel like we all gave beauty companies the wrong impression that a product being pigmented was good in and of itself, when actually for some products, it’s helpful to not have so much pigment. I think the trend of hyper-pigmented blush was a net gain for deeper skin tones though!

Those NYX blushes are CRAZY pigmented. Which is great for anyone with a deeper skin tone. I'm so pale that I've struggled to make it work, lol. But, I haven't given up yet
