Exceptionally simple cooking method for Monkfish . Cooked perfectly ( and mine had been frozen & defrosted.) I used a hotter Berber spice mix & served with risotto . Excellent

Last week i was in denmark spearfishing and there i caught these delicious flounders/plaices i and with an parsley lemon butter they were delicious but this is the standard way
