Dear Rachael, you didn't say [str ɛɪ ŋkθ] but [strɛŋkθ].
And then you did say [str ɛɪ ŋkθ] half way through the video,
"...I think I usually say [str ɛɪ ŋkθ]..."

For the second pronunciation, you said [str æ ŋkθ], not [str ɛ ŋkθ]. 😅
