the weakness is not really good overall. your answer shouldn't be personal. I mean think about it. the people working in a company won't ask their employees if they trust the person the company is making a deal with. Instead you can answer with this: One weakness I have is public speaking. In the past, I used to get very nervous speaking in front of large groups, but I have taken steps to improve. I have attended public speaking workshops, practiced in front of smaller groups, and worked with a coach. I now feel much more confident speaking in front of others, and I have found that it has helped me become a better communicator overall.
take note, its better to tell them that no matter what weaknesses you have, you are always willing to learn from it to help you improve

we should never say our weakness is trusting people becuase if you are working in a company you must be careful with people too, , you can't say that you can be deceived by people easily
