Fun fact: In Japan, there's this entire catagory of marked down properties due to superstitions regarding "bad karma" . Things like dead residents etc. They rent them cheap because once enough people settle in the place again over time, it dilutes the bad aura away, and they can charge normal prices again. There's even a law and everything that prevents them from lying about it, the superstition is that strong they have no choice but to sell cheap.

I've actually been homeless a couple times and I like seriously honestly DO NOT think I would ever need a place to live so bad that I'd have to endure or go thru a list of rules quiet so morbid

Wasn't bad, but I wanted to hear more interactions with the rules themselves. It was mostly buildup then he had 1 encounter with a rule and left. Well technically 2 since he's not suppose to be away from the house for more then a month
