Diminished value claims are one way to recoup some of your losses in an auto accident when another driver is clearly at fault. The laws vary by state, but in most states, the insurance company of the at-fault driver will be required to repair or replace the vehicle

Im wondering if it makes sense to entertain litigation for a pothole in a mcdonalds parking lot, unmarked, covered with water that i could not see and they readily admitted was an issue and had caused other damage to other vehicles. This caused damage to the tire, rim and other components on my electric vehicle. Reached out to my insurance company and now it appears they are going to low-ball the claim. Should I even entertain litigation here? Thanks

I was recently in an accident. Other driver never reported the collision. She would not respond to my insurance or her OWN insurance. Its been about a month and a half and she still hasn't done anything, finally found out shes a deputy sheriff. What should i do now?

Can I hire you for my case? My brand new Tesla model X was rear ended. The car is now fixed. I obtained DV appraisal from a licensed agent after the repair. Their report says DV is $23000. I filed the claim against the at-fault company immediately and sent both their company and my company to halt subrogation immediately. The at-fault company responded to me today with their DV of $5461 which is way too low. I rejected their offer. My car had only 7000 miles at the time of the accident. Now that I’m thinking to hire a lawyer to make the at-fault company pay me a fair resolution

So if I let a friend borrow my car and he was insured by his insurance for the car and he crashed into a pole . The insurance actually gave him 19k for the repair but I’m still financing will this help in anyway?

I have a 2018 Lexus rx 350 F-sport. I use it for uber/lyft luxury rides. I was not working at the time when parked at a gas station and a suspected drunk driver slammed into me while backing up. hit and ran. we found the car and driver because I have a dash cam that caught the entire event. a prelim inspection came to around 12K. it will be higher once they take the car apart. the car that hit me belongs to a repair shop that had loaned it to the suspected drunk driver. any ideas would be appreciated.
