Banana Peel Pulled Pork #Shorts

Are you ready for this?! Nathan makes vegan "pulled pork" sandwiches using banana PEELS & it's zero-waste and so bomb!

Would you try this?

Ingredients:
3 banana peels
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Mix spices: onion powder, chili flakes, oregano
1 tbsp of water
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 burger bun
Homemade coleslaw

It's pretty good! Cooking it brings out the banana flavor so make sure you season it well. Had it with some bell peppers on a sweet potato with some seasoned salt and it was the best!

Is it possible to use a yellow banana peel that has been left to oxidize? Say for instance if I wanted to eat the fruit when it isn't mushy and kept the peel until it became softer and less bitter?

Tried it and is good. And the people that don’t like is because they are not using ripped bananas. It’s a must so the texture is not tough.
