VEGAN “Pulled Pork” Sandwich - Made with banana skins #shorts

This is a vegan "pulled pork" sandwich. This is imitating the taste and texture of a real pulled pork sandwich, which tastes delicious but not everyone wants to consume meat. Here is the vegan recipe for the sandwich:
Recipe for one person:
•2x banana skins (not over ripe, not green)
•1 tsp olive oil
•1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1-4 tsp ground cumin
• Pinch of chilli spice
• 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
WASH and peel bananas. With spoon scrape off the inside pulp. With fork shred banana skins and cut in half. Place in bowl and mix together with spices etc. leave for 10 minute (you won’t).
Cook in pan until kinda charred but not burnt.
Place in bun with coleslaw, avocado and bbq sauce! #shorts
