This is so important! Not many people understand that they are suffering because of this

What’s interesting is that some books appeal to you at certain times of your life based on your current circumstances. Sometimes I find myself going back to previous books which I initially thought were not so valuable at the time but now prove to be very useful in a particular situation.

This is especially important during quarantine or prolonged periods of internet exposure. You've analyzed this really well - keep your goals in mind, stick to what you want. That means not just finding things that align with you, but it also helps you to hear through the noise!

Also log off Social media completely or partially as that's a big source of Unwanted info

Allocate a specific time say 30 or 60 minutes everyday to glean or search for information
So you dont get lost in overload n lose track n will be utilising time effectively

While I love the videos on this channel, I feel that this video did not really touch the subject of avoiding information overload very much.

Thank you for being one of the credible sources of information in the cacophony.

My objective is to know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING
What do I do about that?!

With that minus 100 page rule, I better get all those books read cuz I won't be able to read anymore when I hit 100.

That 100 minus your age ‘rule’ is just useless. Read what you like. If you don’t like it you’ll know it.

ok. Then comes the question: Are you (whoever you are ) a credible and believable source?

I grew up with 3 perhaps 4 TV channels and people had actual conversations. Nowadays I just keep the TV off! 😆 Seriously though people are too distracted. God made us minus the technology.

The only book and podcasts that changed my life and perspective are from DAVID GOGGINS and Cant Hurt me.

Great content. Just not the answers I were expecting.

Is youtube just removing titles from videos when we scroll or is it just me? It is so annoying!😕

I think this page have a lot of good and useful information, but the hand that never rest, the words and drawings that never stop, is a nightmare for me, because I lost my concentration. It is a shame. Sometimes less is better than more.
