Oh, I absolutely adore this video and the people that clicked on it! <3 I fell into this "trap" and stayed there for years, stuffing myself with all kinds of information, from tiktok to the most cerebral e-books. I wanted to know everything about everything! And then a friend pointed out in a casual talk that it is like web torrents all over again. Everybody used to download as many torrents as possible and then the files just sat on their drive and gathered dust... FOR YEARS. So actually we've been over this and know the outcome. Let's not make the same mistake! :)

On Android you can set "Do Not Disturb" to come on each day automatically. Mine engages from 9pm to 6am. It knocks out all notification sounds and will allow a phone call through if the same number calls twice within a matter of minutes.

The root cause of all the mental issues these days is internet. While there are so many benefits of it, internet has its own downsides for sure. It's our individual responsibility to use it in moderation. We will feel much better immediately and have more time than before ☺️
