Love the fluff! When i'm low on kcal or on protein i use to do milk fluff: around 150-200ml cold skim milk mixed with 3-4g xanthan gum. Love it!

Omg this is the best recipe I made it with fizzy water and vegan protein powder and it’s so fluffy and u can even keep it in the refrigerator without it fluffing down !!!! 💜🍬🧡💗

I made it, could only have a few spoons full and was satisfied. If using a hand held blender it climbs up and wraps around the beaters leaving not much in the bowl. Mixed in 4 minutes no worries. It tastes like marshmallow foam. Like thick shaving foam.

First =). I tried making this a while back and mine felt more like protein ice cream; no matter how much I whipped it wouldn't add air, but I used a blender not a processor

This amazes and intrigues me. Thanks for posting! How long do you need to mix this to reach this volume? One minute? Ten minutes?

Hello nick when I make this it gets more a yellowish colour. I do use some different cream soda though, but surely this shouldn’t make a difference. Also after a while, it gets kind of mushy. Then to try to prevent this, I try to put the whole thing in the freezer and then take it out a while before I need to eat some. But for me to wait for it to actually scoop out, it’s just mushy as well. Don’t know if you can help with this..

Can I use regular Soda and whey like Dymatize 100% also with Xanthan Gum, or maybe I need more because its not Casein

I noticed before u used to put in graham crackers did u stop putting that becouse it didnt fit the macros it seemed like a good addition to it

Hell yea! I always use water and Almond Milk mixed together rather than a diet soda. My problem is that it comes out more "airy" and as thick as the fluff you make. Any ideas/suggestions? Could it be because of the switch to Water/Almond Milk instead of soda?

Hey Nick, Just wondering if you've tried making this using Quest protein powder, specifically the new Quest Cookies and Cream flavor and if the Quest whey and casein blend will work?

On a side note as a fellow New Englander (New Hampshire to be exact) loved seeing you use Polar stuff.
