LOL I know how to cook, I’m 70 yrs old, but to me the EASIEST way to separate eggs, is till to crack the egg into a bowl & pick up that damn yolk GENTLY & transfer it to another bowl!!!

If you're separating eggs, do this over a separate small bowl, away from the main bowl. This way, you don't potentially contaminate the big bowl of eggs if the yolk splits. That's the first rule of separating eggs if you are doing multiple eggs. Also, there are multiple ways of separating eggs. I have no problem using the shells, but some folks find it easier to crack the egg into their hand and let the whites flow through the fingers, leaving the yolk sitting in their hand. You can also use an egg-separator gadget. There are other ways, too. Best wishes to everyone.
