Happy to know that chess is booming in such a way that it provides opportunities for people who are not GM's . Great informative video VD . I think the role of chess manager is underrated . People should look into it . One example, Aruna took over the role of Anand's manager as well after she married him and it helped him a lot when they had to negotiate with FIDE in the tumultuous Topalov world chess championship match .

basically Chess players starts their training at the age of 3-5 yrs, and this video is being watched by 12+ or mostly adolescents, though its true thats there's no agelimit for learning BUT for CHESS the younger the better.
