Starting OKRA seeds - a faster way #shorts

Okra is a great vegetable for hot climates like ours in Texas, but you can't start seeds in the ground when it's still cool. We start ours indoors under our grow lights until the weather gets warm, which for us is early April. Since the seeds take a while to germinate if planted directly into the soil, we have a faster method to get seeds started.

Keeping the seeds warm and moist is the most important thing. Okra seeds do not germinate well in cool temperatures.
