Spain has announced to the world that it is building Europe’s first ‘intelligent’ city called Elysium. Billed as a tourist destination, the city will have its own high-speed train station, Disney-style theme park, a 40,000-seat football stadium, several resorts, and so much more. The city will be located in Castilblanco in Extremadura Spain, and in its first year of business, it hopes to attract as many as 4.5 million tourists.

I hope they get it done. Europe must start comepete against Dubia. Is so strange they not build new buildings like this. In my area they build a lot but it never look this nice. I want to visit a future modern city before i die. Is my big dream to live in a world like that but it will never happend but atleast and hope i can visit one city.

If this Elysium city succeeds in Europe then we can see a lot more similar projects popping up in Europe.
And perhaps modernizing current cities with better smart features and 5g-6g connectivity.
Who knows.

Hey! New video! Sweet! Also, I happen to be a YT channel manager, I see that this channel only started in July of this year. Out of curiosity, did you just happen to get lucky with your rapid growth or do you have some sort of other channel or presence online that I am not aware of that helped you drive traffic? I'm not trying to take away from your accomplishment here or pitch you anything, by all accounts your growth has been incredible regardless of circumstance, I am simply curious as someone who works in the same industry :)

All vehicles will be electric but it will have a Formula 1 track 😕. I'm guessing it would aim to host Formula E races.

Arid and what will they do with abandoned residences. Seems more like just hustling construction labor to leave the silverfish to the woe begotten.

It seems very... vanilla. Hopeful they won't build all buildings over three stories using the same blueprints as the rendition shows. Besides I think they should overprint this idea with existing cities that seem to be burned out and dead (like Detroit, Michigan for example) thus saving the landmarks and existing highways. Giving an entire region a second lease on life. We can move forward without turning our back on our past.

It’s weird they would choose a name hard to pronounce for Spanish speakers.

With the Hispanic Migrant Crisis throughout the World, Spain should instead consider developing a "New Migrant World Megacity, " and leave the Greek Mythology Elysium concept to the Greeks in Greece.
