I’m 27 years old and was able to buy 3 multi family houses with 7 units total. They make me an extra 30k per year. I’m looking to get into the self storage or flex space business. I have about 100k saved up and could potentially liquidate my portfolio for a profit of around 200k. I’ve been looking at both land and already built facilities. For this business 100k isn’t a lot to work with. Do you have any advice for me to get started in the self storage business?
