I think I like every aspect of this except for the edges! which is unusual for fairyloot. they just don’t look up to their usual standard?! I also wish the reverse was the main cover, as monolimeart is one of my absolute favorites 😍 the synopsis sounds fantastic!

Hmm not sure about this one - something about the sprayed edges not really matching the darker colours of the dust jacket maybe? Questions for your Q&A - if you could meet any author who would it be? Would you ever consider writing your own book? If you could only keep one book, other than your fourth wing, what would you choose?

I agree 100% about having been happier with the standard edition. I think I would have liked it better had the reverse dust jacket actually been the main cover, instead of just having a color change on the main cover.

I despised the purple foiling, so I am soooo happy it’s red 🫶 overall I think it’s a very adult looking fantasy book, but a little bit on the eh side (super excited to read it though 🥰) love your videos!

My romantasy box was totally beat up and unfortunately the edges had damage… there was also no black bag, which struck me as strange…

I agree the story sounds incredible on this one, but the design itself is a little bit underwhelming! Even the sprayed edges look like they’ve been taken straight from Illumicrate’s version of Swordcatcher!

I thought it was a bit odd to effectively have two different character art designs for the covers. Recolouring the foil was lazy in my opinion. I ended up flipping the jacket on this one as the inside was a bit more to my taste.

I am not a fan of the edges. I like the reverse DJ but the edges are way too bright with the yellow. I think more tamed and darker ones would suit the book better.
