Just felt like putting this here since it’s something I’m still going through. I have a pretty gnarly panic disorder. It started with panic attacks every night. I thought I could beat it with just taking vitamins and exercising, and I took too long to recognize that I needed medication. I’ve since then defeated my original anxieties, but I’ve gained agoraphobia and an eating disorder. I can’t eat without a distraction otherwise my throat starts to tense up from the fear of choking and thus makes it must easier for me to choke. I wake up and fight this everyday, some days are way easier then others. This album has given me a lot of strength. Some mornings I listen to it when I want to hear somebody who understands me. Some nights I listen to it when I’ve had a couple drinks and I want to feel sorry for myself. This song and album are perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better posthumous release.
