Such a shame, as I was always a fan of the band and "Bulldog" is one of my favourite Beatles songs. But if its girls who can really rock that interest you, check out the current Japanese scene, where Band-Maid are the best of a bewilderingly talented bunch. Domination for their live performance, Warning for the studio MV. From a lifelong fan of Zappa and Steely Dan, I can promise you untold delights!

Finally get a break to watch some S.A.D. and the first one I come to is blocked?! It has to be the song choice as I can't imagine the girls blocking their video after all these years as I never seen them block other videos.
Fanny really was the groundbreaking group for women in Rock and opened the door for bands to front women singers and musicians like Heart and The B-52s, and all girl bands like The Go-Gos, and The Bangels. Today they would be front and center in their label's promotion over all other male dominated bands and would be headlining sold out concerts. But in the 1970s, they were just a novelty to the record label. Which is a shame because they were better than Go-Gos or Bangels or pretty much any other female and a lot of male groups except for Heart.
