The Lord already instituted a day of rest in creation The Book of Genesis. It's called the 7th Day Sabbath which falls on the day that we know as Saturday. Sunday is the false Sabbath and it was instituted by the Roman papacy. Most people would not fall for a day of the week that was enforced as a day that you need to refrain from any work but having this concept of a green Sabbath is a very tricky and deceptive way to lure people in that direction. Don't fall for it because if you do you will be making a decision that will cost you eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven
