This was an amazingly helpful presentation. Too many approaches focus on controlling and/or eliminating the triggers for the desire for porn. And then that becomes the focus which leads to frustration.

Sorry, you lost me when his big trauma in life was being called doughnut. This man does not know what trauma is. He actually used the word "trauma" because people called him Doughnut and made the Pillsbury man noise. This was an insult to people who actually suffered in their lives.

If I didn’t have sexual desires I would be a lot calmer and happier. Maybe Christ is to blame for the porn mess cuz Christ gave us sexual desires.
