i can see how that would be considered a sad moment but if you know the anime then you know

All the sadness goes away when they show the death, how brutally they died, rather than feeling sad, you almost feel disgusted more. I prefer minimal to no blood at all for sad scenes. Otherwise I've watched psycho pass.
